At Little Shoos we want every customer to be happy and exchanges and refunds are never a problem to us. Our shoes are made from 100% genuine soft baby friendly leather. They are elasticated at the ankle so they will not fall off, they are hand washable in cool temperatures and are kind to growing feet.
